Security
Your purchase are made via a secure connection to our payment providers Paypal and Nochex. Any sensitive information sent from your computer to their servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. They use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128 bits provided by Verisign.

We do not hold any credit/debit card details on our systems.

Privacy
The information you provide to us to make a purchase is strictly to enable the purchase process to go through and for us to service your order. We will not sell, rent or make known to any third party the information that you provide to us.

Payment
We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo as payment. We use established industry standard online payment providers Paypal and Nochex to process payments. Payments via Nochex are for debit and credit cards issued by UK banks only. All users can pay via Paypal.

Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Our goods are produced in limited quantities - in-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order. All other items will be produced as per your order. All goods will dispatched first class and a signature is required upon receipt.

Returns
You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order if you wish to return it. The items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Worn clothing cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please email returns@pheva.com to notify us that you are to return your purchase - please let us know if you require a full refund or an alternative item. Your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.
